Melani Taillon

Melani was fast and efficient without being overbearing. She was accommodating to our schedule with a pleasant personality. She was honest and knowledgeable about the area which was extremely helpful since we were not. We would definitely recommend her if you are looking to buy a house.

In the spring of 2015; I was looking to relocate to the Rochester/Portsmouth area. I contacted Melani Taillon to look at a few properties. She was very helpful. I went one day to look at a property in Rochester, but did not like it. Melani suggested another property in the same area. I ended up loving it and purchased it. Melani was always very helpful and professional. I love my new home.

Melani Taillon is an excellent Realtor and a pleasure to work with. She was there with us every step of the way. Highly recommend Melani to our family and friends. Thanks again!!

Melani is the best realtor so far I have used for purchasing my investment property.

Melani was there to help every step of the way. Whether it was driving to look at properties that didn't work out or advising us to test things we didn't think of. We are thankful for her patience and constant and quick communication.

Melani Taillon was great she answered every call and text right way, was pleasure to work with and helpful in every part of the process. You could not ask for a better agent :)

Through the entire process of buying our first home, Melani was helpful and attentive. She always made herself available to answer questions and she was a great source of advice. We would highly recommend both Melani and Keller Williams to those looking to purchase a home.

Melani was awesome! Showed us the listings we wanted to see at our convenience. Always got back to us right away. Questions we had about any properties. She got the answers to us right away.

Melani is a super professional Realtor. My husband and I like her a lot.

Melani and company were wonderful to work with on our real estate search. We were all encompassing in our vision which may have been tedious for others but Melani stuck with us and went well and beyond a realtors duties!!

Melani was fantastic with keeping me informed throughout the buying process, ensuring the agreed upon timeline was met by both parties and ensuring any and all questions were answered.
