This is my second time purchasing with Melissa DeMaria. The first time three years ago went Flawless. She listed our current house (the one she sold us) very quickly and at a very competitive rate! We were expecting three offers the first day! We ended up taking our first offer which was a FULL OFFER within 72 hours of being on the market. We were now in the market for our new house hopefully being able to close same day so we aren’t out of a home temporarily. Melissa found us a gem! She worked effortlessly to show us homes and always had our best interest at heart. She truly is an amazing realtor. I am the kind of person who wants to be “in” and on top of the entire process. I sent her numerous houses and questions during the process and she was always prompt with a reply. I loved not being left “on read”. If you want a great / dedicated realtor that replies and helps quickly and efficiently this is her. The scariest part of selling one house is being not knowing where to go now. Melissa was able to set both closings on the same day and orchestrated everything perfectly. She made the second home buying process easy. And no I’m not a paid spokesperson, I am just someone that has been treated amazing and wants to let others know she’s the bomb.com
