This is the second time I worked with Melissa and her team and again they did not disappoint. Maria called and emailed me regularly to keep me up to date. Paola was so quick to respond if there was a home I wanted to see right away. And always with a smile! & Melissa is such a nice, knowledgeable, and professional person. If anyone has any qualms about using Melissa (though if you have met her there should be none because she is just awesome), then they need to read on so that I can put their minds at ease. I was working with a friend to try to find a home to buy very quickly, as I had to be out of the place I was living in the next 45 days. Let's just say I learned quickly not to mix friendship and business! I found Melissa through a reference, and thank God I did. I called her office to make an appointment and spoke with Maria. I knew as soon as I got off the phone that this was going to be a great partnering. Maria put my mind at ease, since I was a first time home buyer. She scheduled me an appt for that afternoon. I drove to the office and as soon as Melissa walked in, I felt a sense of relief come over me. I had a feeling she would be amazing and would help me. She LISTENED to me and what I was looking for, as well as watched me shed a few tears, and where I wanted to try to find a home. That night, I had several properties to look at on my personalized page they create for you! I marked 2 as LOVE and before I knew it, I think a day or so later, Melissa and I were at those properties looking around! I fell in love with one in particular and Melissa went to work. She managed to get the seller to choose me out of several bids! I was so stoked! Maria was with me every step of the way, answering my gazillion phone calls and telling me what I could expect at each subsequent step. Melissa was always a call away as well, and she was checking up on me often, making me feel secure. Then, we had a problem with the appraisal. The bank appraised the property MUCH LOWER than the seller's price and they would not budge. I was devastated. Melissa did her best to try to get them to budge, but they would not. I sobbed and I think Melissa may have shed a tear too! She told me "Things happen for a reason. No worries, I will send you more properties to look at. We WILL find you the perfect home." And within 20min, she sent me more properties. And guess what!??! There was another house, IN THE SAME DEVELOPMENT, that was EVEN BETTER and MORE UP TO DATE than the first one! I called Melissa back ASAP to ask if she knew it was in the same neighborhood, and her reply: "Yes I did. I already set up a request to go see it. What time works best for you?" THIS IS WHAT I AM SAYING! Melissa LEARNS who you are and what you are looking for and need. Today, I closed on my first home. I am so very sad that I won't be having to call Melissa and Maria almost daily, but I know that when I do call them to say hi, that they will remember who I am. I can honestly say that I have indeed found my realtor for life! I will send everyone I know to her when they are ready to buy a home. Melissa, Maria, and the whole team are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!

This group is beyond professional. I would actually define them as a professionally aggressive firm. I let them know what I was looking for and the process immediately took off for me. Within a few day Lucy had a handful of houses for me to look at and I chose from that pool. Within a few day after that, I was looking to make an offer on my first property. Before you know it we got it and I was approved. Next, I was going through inspections and walkthroughs! The process was so smooth but most of all, they treated me like a human being, not just another number. It has been 2 months so far and I have had no problems with my mortgage and making the payments and I absolutely LOVE my new home. Definitely a 5 Star company. The first thing out of my mind about the Melissa Miller Group is "Shocking"!! Shocking that it took only two months to sale my rental property home. Melissa Professional experience and her confidence in her ability to do her job in selling my home gave me comfort but talk is cheap seeing is believing and that was what the end results were; Seeing is believing because she and the help of her Associates sold my home in far less time than I ever imagine but was forever hoping. So, I would recommend Melissa MIller Group and her Fantastic Group of Associates, to anyone that wants to feel comfortable and assured that they have chosen the right Group/Team that can get the job done as this group would.
