Melissa is one of the most professional, courteous, polite, friendly, timely, knowledgeable Realtors I have known or worked with.How do I know that? Because I came from the real estate business many years ago. I have many realtor friends and acquaintances. I no longer have a license, nor want one, so I had the terrible decision of who I should choose to help me with my real estate needs and be prepared to defend my decision. I had known Melissa for years when she was in the insurance business and always respected her. I also wanted to be able to refer the agent I chose to many people that trusted my opinion. Why? Because I was their insurance agent for 15 years and on my community HOA Board of Directors for 4 years.Melissa has helped me over the course of the last 6 years. She facilitated me in buying and selling two different homes due to relocations. She has also helped many that I referred to her, some holding onto her name for a few years! Instead, she replied "I'll call and set up an appointment later this afternoon as I'll head that way right after the game". That way was 150 miles from where she was! We were one of three offers that were all submitted that evening! We got it.
