Melissa Stanley

Melissa has been working as a Realtor for the last ten years helping her clients through the process of selling and/or buying a home. She started her own firm, Niche Realty in 2007. Ms. Stanley works primarily in Chicago and a few surrounding suburbs. She specializes in first-time buyers and artists seeking unique spaces. Melissa has also worked with several groups of buyers who are looking to purchase a property together to live in or keep as an investment. Lately Ms. Stanley has been learning more about short sales and foreclosures and even helped a few clients find office space. The sales market is difficult right now and Melissa Stanley is helping her sellers find buyers even in this downturn. Prior to working as a Realtor Melissa was a property manager and rental agent for Planned Property Management, Relcon, and the Zale Company. Melissa owns and manages five rental units in Logan Square.
