Melodee and Randy were highly recommended and we were not disappointed. They're a pleasant, very communicative team that helps you keep the goal in mind. Together they helped us to come to a starting place for price then marketed our house brilliantly. We used Melodee and Randy Brooks to list our home last year. We had already moved out of state so needed someone we could trust to assist us in getting the work completed to get our home on the market. The Brooks had great connections for painters, carpenters, roofers, etc. We were very pleased with their work and how quickly it was completed. Randy and Melodee Brooks were vital in the sale of our home and in the purchase of our new townhouse!
