Melody is a one-of-a-kind realtor! Just closed on the second home I bought under her guidance. Her responses to my every emailed concern...large or small...were swift and productive. The process was long because of some delays outside of our control but she kept me well-informed and calm throughout. In the initial negotiation phase, her experience and judgement, as well as great patience and savvy, really benefited me as she guided me so that I didn't make any great mistakes that would have been to my detriment. I cannot recommend Melody more highly. What a professional and what a genuinely wonderful person!

Melody made what we considered to be a very overwhelming task to sell my moms old home and buy her a new one closer to us easy. She really paid attention to the little details and of course the big ones. She also remembered all the requests and needs that we were looking for in a new home for my elderly mom. Our work schedules didnt always make room for us to go to the locations to sign papers. We also had to reschedule some appointment times and showings and she always was willing to make sure everything got signed even if she had to pick papers up and deliver them herself. She also made sure things kept moving forward by keeping everyone involved updated. We knew we were not her only client, that is long, but she always treated us like were her V.I.P.s. She greeted us with a huge smile every time and told us that her passion to be a realtor comes from her love of helping others and meeting new people during a huge life changing experience and making it simple

Melody is an awesome realtor to work with . We looked at about 12 houses before I found the one I wanted. Once offer was accepted, she helped guide me all the right direction. Banker and Lawyer and anything else I needed help with. With a team like that , I closed in 3 weeks. Very fast and efficient . Way to go Melody and thank you so much. Very accommodating, patient, and has a willingness to do everything she can to work with her clients. She has just the right amount of motivation without being too aggressive or too easy going.
