I highly recommend Melvin Castro! He's knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. As first time home buyers we were a little afraid of the process, however Melvin was very patient with us and walked us through every step of the way. He always answered our calls, texts, and emails (even at the wee hours of the night when anxiety hit from the process) he really made us feel comfortable and when it was negotiating time, he really stepped it up and got us a great deal.
