I have never been to CT ever before I leave in the stat of California and I happen to come across Melvyn's name on the net so I I reached out to him and explained that I have a daughter that's going to attend Yale University and I needed a one bedroom unit that is in a clean area and close to the school and he went to work on it right away and started sending me different posts of different units that were available in the area until we came across the one that was shooting for her needs and Melvin did all the footwork he negotiated the price and he was able to find me an attorney that was fair and was able to close escrow Forest I would recommend Melvyn Williams to any and every buddy who is looking for an honest and a hard-working realtor that will help you in every step of the way he would be the person to do it and I know that for a fact because he did it with me and I thank him until today for going out of his way and finding a place for us.
