Meredith was extremely helpful and patient during my home search. She was always willing to take me to visit houses after normal business hours and weekends, and pointed out potential issues with some that I may not have recognized. Meredith took the time to find out what I was looking for in a new home and when she got word that something that I would be interested in was coming soon, she made sure to tell me in advance so I could make a drive-by. When I wasn't 100% sure about a particular property, rather than try to make the sale, she advised me to step back and listen to my gut. It was apparent that Meredith was more concerned with making sure the home was right for me rather than sell me a house that I would regret. I was lucky to find her as I found the perfect home. I would highly recommend her as your realtor.

Meredith was an excellent agent to work with. My wife and I were assigned an agent through my work relocation company and we were extremely lucky they chose her. She was very knowledgeable of the area and surroundings, did not push us into anything we did not feel comfortable with and made great recommendations which led us into our first home purchase in a new house. After all the research we did prior to deciding to make the leap into our first home purchase, I could never have imagined how easy she made it for us. She worked around our busy and hectic work schedule and we are very satisfied with Meredith and her team. Meredith Hilbert assisted in my home search and home buying process and I cant recommend her enough. We entered negotiations with a third-party company and communication was a challenge. Meredith was persistent with the company while also providing me with updates along the way. Meredith assisted during the home inspections and the companies she recommended were top notch. They were willing to walk through their findings and solutions, so that I was clear on the outcome. These companies even followed up post inspection to make sure I was happy and didnt have any additional questions. We ran into a last-minute closing issue and Meredith never lost her composure and we were able to resolve the issue and still able to close the same day. Meredith will be my realtor in the future, and I recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy and sell.

Meredith is an absolute joy to work with! I initially worked with her in 2017 however decided to rent versus buy at that time. While not looking to buy at all in recent weeks I stumbled across a property that I truly loved. I quickly reached out to Meredith who was very prompt to respond. Meredith did a great job selling our old house and finding us a new one. We hadn't shopped for a house in over 15 years and in that time plenty had changed. We had lots and lots of questions and Meredith was there, at all times, to answer our questions. Getting to the closing of our old house was a little bumpy but Meredith took care of everything and continuously assured us that things would work out okay, and they did. She did a really super job with all the details associated with the buying and selling of the two houses. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Where do we even begin! We have known Meredith for several years now. When we moved from Ohio we were desperately trying to find a place in a hurry! Meredith was recommended by a client of mine back in Ohio. We hit it off right away. Meredith helped us find a rental so we didnt have to deal with the stress of moving across several states and purchasing a home. For the next two years Meredith stayed in touch. We received a house warming gift, several hand written cards checking in and she even sent our daughter cards! We purchased our first home with Meredith in 2016. We have recently purchased another home with the help of the wonderful Meredith this month.
