Listed & sold my moms home to a buyer she was also representing, but did not verbally disclose this fact to us. After repeated requests, After nearly 2 weeks, Did not provide a sign posted at the street, so we installed one ourselves. Did not pay for repairs for the buyer that she authorized on sellers behalf (without our consent) & we (the seller) performed. Agreed to list @ 1% commission, got paid 2% at escrow. No contact to confer status of sale & escrow, we had to work with escrow ourselves to arrange extensions & schedule escrow. Double & triple check your paperwork, she cannot be trusted in our experience.
