It was a bittersweet day yesterday as we closed on a chapter of our lives and sold our home in Alexandria, VA. While Im very happy not to have the stress of the house when not living in it, we have many many happy memories there, including bringing my baby boy home from the hospital and building my daughters first little play house . I want to thank all of those who supported us during our ownership of the house especially our number 1 supporters...my parents , Nan and John Stufflebeem . We could not have done the last 4 1/2 years (especially the last 2 1/2) without you!!! And to my sister , Megan Stufflebeem Manzo, for getting the house ready to sell even when I know you want us to just move back into it. And a big thank you to our realtor , Michael Baffa , for getting it sold! It wasnt easy and I know you worked hard for it!! Your positive attitude, persistence to sell, friendship and listening ear when I needed to vent were much appreciated and helped the process immensely. Thank you so much!!
