My husband and I were spending the month of March in Sun City, Oro Valley, as renters. We stopped at an an open house that Michael was hosting. We inquired about other living options, i.e., townhomes. He mentioned he had a client that had just listed his townhome. We made arrangements to see it. We went back a second time, made an offer and bought it. Michael was able to expedite the closing and we soon owned it. We returned to Idaho and made several trips back to hire a contractor to help with a major remodel. Michael kept in touch with us through this process. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and his outgoing and friendly personality. We would highly recommend him to other potential buyers and, in fact, we have and they, too, were pleased!
