My husband, Christopher, is a vital part of my real estate team. Chris was raised in Flagstaff, Arizona and is a retired police officer with the Tucson Police Department. As an Arizona licensed and certified Home Inspector, Chris is able to help Sellers with a Pre-Inspection of the home to identify any issues the home may have prior to marketing. Sellers then have the option to make the needed repairs in order to reduce buyers repair request and to help avoid price reductions. Or Sellers can price the home accordingly without investing into the repairs. For Buyers, Chris is able to preform the home inspection and identify the current or potential issues a home may have and help buyers negotiate repair requests. I have been selling real estate for the past nine years and enjoy my job immensely. In my first year of real estate career, I was awarded with Long Realty's Rising Star award. Since my first year, my sales levels have been ranked in the top 20% of agents nationwide.
