Michael Gaffney

Mike is a Chicagoland native and currently resides in the Wicker Park neighborhood. Mike joined @properties in 2009 and since has sold over $30,000,000 of real estate. He began his career in leasing. Over time his business grew and naturally progressed into sales as clients began purchasing homes and as investors he represented expanded their portfolios. Most recently Mike has been investing and developing real estate with partners. He identifies opportunities, determines investment strategy, manages construction, and conducts the sales process. Backed with a degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign, Mike has an understanding of both the financial and emotional aspects intrinsic to a typical real estate transaction.
