Michael works very diligently for his clients. Whenever I ask him some questions, he will respond to me in lightening speed. It seems he is almost always online 24/7. He knows the local communities extremely well and he can tell you which communities you should look for your homes based on your personalized requirements. Moreover, what is very unique about him is that he used to be a professional in home repairs and remodeling and he can tell you right away how much it takes to fix the problems of the properties. And the numbers he estimate always come pretty close to the reality. Last but not the least, he is very good at negotiation and always keeps the clients' interest at the foremost priority.
