We bought this old townhome 3 years ago and plan to do a whole house renovation (100k+) recently. Michael was recommended to us by a realtor friend, when we were hoping to get advice on the financial part of the renovation project. I texted Michael and he quickly responded and set up time for a call. On the phone, he was very patient in understanding our situation, needs and concerns. He asked many questions that would help him provide a sensible advice this is the tricky part, as I felt often finical advisors and other professionals might do this part in an overwhelming way but not Michael. He explained why he would ask things, in common languages that I could fully comprehend. At the end of the one hour free consultation, Michael recommenced a solution that he would have no financial interest with but would make the most sense for us. He laid out the reasoning why he thought this would be the best solution, as well as pros and cons with this approach and things wed need to watch out for if we did choose to go this route. I felt confident that I got all the necessary and unbiased information from Michael and were therefore able to make the right call. I was incredibly thankful for Michaels time and advice and asked him how I could write him a review to support his business yes, he didnt even ask for a review or anything in return for the hour long very informative phone call.
