    • We bought this old townhome 3 years ago and plan to do a whole house renovation (100k+) recently. Michael was recommended to us by a realtor friend, when we were hoping to get advice on the financial part of the renovation project. I texted Michael and he quickly responded and set up time for a call. On the phone, he was very patient in understanding our situation, needs and concerns. He asked many questions that would help him provide a sensible advice this is the tricky part, as I felt often finical advisors and other professionals might do this part in an overwhelming way but not Michael. I was incredibly thankful for Michaels time and advice and asked him how I could write him a review to support his business yes, he didnt even ask for a review or anything in return for the hour long very informative phone call. I cant recommend enough Michael to anyone who is seeking financial advice in buying a home or making it better. He is knowledgeable, patient, fun to talk with; he spends time with you, not because he wants to make money out of it, but because he wants to make the daunting process as easy and understandable as possible.
