What can I say? Well, Michael listed and sold our home in Stagecoach Village for $37,000 more than any home has sold in the last 5 years there. The neighborhood has thousands of homes and was developed around 1995 and our home sold for the most in the history of the neighborhood. Our expectations were exceeded by far! In addition, he helped us find our dream home in Odessa!

In all my years, I'd never worked with a Real Estate agent, so with that being said, when I chose Mike Greer, I hit the jackpot! He is such a kind and caring young man! He took the time to get to know us and our wants and needs, never tried to push a house on us and was extremely respectful of my limited income and physical disabilities. I cannot say enough about him! He gave me an online search tool I could use to do some searching myself. (if you're into that kind of thing, you will enjoy it) In this day, time is of the essence when looking for a home! We had several times when, by the time we were going to make an offer, it had already been snatched up by someone else. So, whether I found a home to go look at or he did, he was as accommodating as he could possibly be. If he wasn't tied up with another client, he was ready to go. A few times he traveled over a hundred miles. We literally criss-crossed the state until I found my dream home. He also has some great contacts for lending and home insurance if you don't have anyone in specific in mind. Buying this house was a wonderful experience and Mike was certainly a huge part of it! Buying a house, was a great experience thanks to Mike, he was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions we had. He definately went out of he's way to make sure everything ran smoothly.

I thought my property was worth about $115k and I didn't want to price it too high because I needed it to sell fast. Mike talked me into listing it for $150k and then we had a contract in less than a week for $165k! Everything went so smooth! I'm so grateful that I went with him!
