This was my second transaction with Michael! This time as a buyer, in a crazy sellers market. Honestly I wasnt the easiest client (I may or may not have walked out on a purchase) hed worked so hard on. He was extremely patient and understanding, and also got us the home of our dreams, in an extremely hot market for UNDER asking price with contingencies, in June of 2021! We are extremely happy and grateful too. Highly, highly recommended.

It was really good I think he went over and Beyond his job. Any time I needed anything he was there and help out. I would recommend him to other people that are selling there house . This sale was a difficult one do to I was not living at the house for the past 5 years my ex was. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smooth.
