- Michael never responded to my request
My family has rented from Micheal for the past 3 years and 6 months. He has been very unresponsive to our request to maintain the property that we rent from him. No preventive maintenance on the home all over the last 3+ years. I have to make the repairs myself out of my own pocket, as we are ignored our request for repairs. Their accounting practices are severely lacking and they try and have you pay for items not set forth in their Lease agreement. Dispite our many attempts to correct the accounting issues, our efforts are ignored.
