Michael Lapides, co-founder of Lux Homes Denver, has been selling and leasing luxury homes in and around the Denver Metro and mountain communities since 2008. When the real estate market experienced a downturn in 2008, homes valued above $1M lost substantial value. This inspired Michael and his partner Joyce to provide property owners with a solution: leasing their homes in a down market instead of selling.
For property owners and tenants relocating for work, clients seeking a temporary lifestyle change and those wanting to wait for property values to increase, leasing provided them the freedom to pursue their plans without compromising their investments.
