I contacted Mike when I decided to sell my home and downsize. I was apprehensive about selling, as I had had my home custom built, had absolutely loved living in it, and had been there for 15 years. I wasn't sure if it would sell, if I would find something smaller that I would be happy in, and I had never sold a home before. Mike was fantastic. He clearly communicated everything to me, and much to my surprise, I signed a contract on the sale of my home within about 3 weeks of him listing it. Mike then helped me find a new home, sending me tons of listings and driving me around to see them. He honestly gave me his opinions and advice, but always emphasized that in the end, the most important factor was my comfort and happiness with my decision. Mike answered my phone calls immediately 99% of the time, and when he didn't, he called me back within less than 10 minutes. I knew what was happening every step of the way and always felt that Mike was really my advocate. I felt that he looked out for my interests both when I sold and when I bought, and he went out of his way to help me.
