Michael Mcintyre

Mike has a high level of trust among clients and peers. Mike's local market knowledge allows him to successfully list and close homes in many of the best locations in Chicago and North Shore communities. Mike sells luxury homes and condos in places like Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square, Lincoln Park, Old Town, The Gold Coast, South Loop, East Wilmette and Northfield to name a few. Mike was born and raised in the Sauganash community on Chicago's northwest side. Prior to working in real estate, Mike excelled in the consumer packaged goods industry and sports marketing for over 25 years where he successfully launched new products and marketed million dollar brands across various product categories. As a sports marketer, he honed his strong negotiation skills that he uses daily in his real estate business to his client's advantage. Mike works out of Baird & Warner's Lincoln Park office. Mike and his wife currently reside in Northfield and have three grown children residing in the Lincoln Park / Lakeview area.
