As out of town buyers, we faced a multitude of details to purchase and close on our condo. We appreciated Mike's "can do" and proactive work ethic as he helped us navigate the process. The Meoni team is absolutely awesome. I listed a condo for sale with Mike which sold at the full asking price after being listed for one weekend. Pretty sure that was directly due to his guidance and advice on presenting and showing the property. Mike always had time for me, was extremely knowledgeable of the area and market, and explained the entire process until I understood it! I have recommended the Meonis to several friends and neighbors and give them 10 gigantic stars.
