It was a pleasure working with Mike and his team on the purchase of my first property. Mike is very knowledgeable on the Cincinnati and NKY markets. He also offered lots of guidance on the different processes taking place before and while under contract. He provided great advice and I always felt that I could ask him any question and he would give an honest response. He was knowledgeable on laws/ regulations related to small multi-family properties, which was extremely valuable since I was searching for a duplex.

When we built a new home later, Mike was there with us and supported us throughout the process, and his expertise and experience helped us build a house we absolutely love! He gave us helpful pointers and guidance that gave my wife and me confidence throughout the process. I absolutely recommend Mike to anyone in the real estate market!

Michael was amazing in assisting us with two separate moves (both included selling a home and purchasing a new one). He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and was able to quickly find us the answer to any questions he was unsure about. Michael was such a great support to us during our home-buying process. We were buying in an extremely competitive market, and Michael helped us to look at homes in different areas that might meet our needs. He was helpful in showing us a range of properties and asking smart questions that showed that he'd been listening in so many little conversations about what our needs were in a new home. Michael was very helpful in organizing all the details regarding the home purchase including holding our seller and their agent responsible when a few details were missed on their end. He showed up in person on the day of our attic insulation installation when an issue came up to ensure that our home was ready for us when the deal fully closed. Throughout the process, I felt that Michael truly cared about us as clients and as people. I felt well taken care of and heard, which is why we will continue to work with Michael again in the future.

My wife and I had decided to begin looking into buying a home, wherein we met Mike and decided to have him be our realtor. He is professional, understanding, well-informed, and very easy to work with. We never went into a situation blind, and he always made sure we were seeing everything he was seeing in a house and in the deal. He always had time to answer our questions and deal with our anxieties that inevitably crept in outside of normal working hours. We trusted him and he guided us to a home that we definitely would have never made it into without Mike. An experience that we weren't sure we were ready for, he managed to ease us through without ever pushing us beyond our comfort. We can't thank him enough.

Mike is a personable and dedicated realtor who listens to his clients needs and presents all the best options within your budget. We bought our house during COVID, unable to see houses in person. Mike provided house tours via FaceTime, and provided his honest opinions about each property that may not be conveyed virtually. This helped us make the best decision for our purchase. Despite COVID, he made the house hunting and purchasing process smooth and fun.

This was our first experience buying a house and we are so thankful for Michael and Brian. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the process and about different areas.
