The Olsen Group was a good realtor for us. We were looking for homes a little out of their usual selling area, but they were very accommodating and drove to meet us close to where we lived for most occasions. We felt that they wanted the best outcome for all parties involved and was honest with us and the seller. The sellers were and older couple and their daughter who chose not to have a realtor and they did a good job helping them through the process also. We were also able to talk things out with them when we were unsure about what to do and felt the Olsen Group gave very good advice.

In late 2014 we were referred by our mortgage consultant to the Olsen Group. Our mortgage consultant told us that Mike has over 20 years of experience and knew the real estate business, was he ever right! Mike helped guide us through the process of acquiring land and building our new home. He referred us to a local custom home builder that was personable and competent. He helped us negotiate and close on land for our new home, saving us thousands of dollars. He guided us and supported us through the design phase of our future home. He helped us during times when progress slowed on the build and made several trips out to the house during construction. And Mike was available to participate in the final walk-thru and closing. The expertise of the real estate market is just one aspect of Mike. He is a tough negotiate in a most professional way. Hes a doer, when he says hell follow-up or reach out to someone, he does. He is a great communicator, always keeping us informed. And he has a wonderful sense of humor! Mike also included his wife Lynn in the process. She is one of the kindest people weve ever met. Lynn is very supportive and knowledgeable and was there to encourage us along the way. She was a blessing to us both. Both my husband and I consider Mike and Lynn more than just real estate agents, we consider them friends. We would highly recommended them if you are planning to buy or sell your home.

The Olsen Group went above and beyond my expectations in the process of finding a home. He has been a realtor for 30+ years and you can't teach that. He is second to none with knowledge of the twin city areas, very patient with someone like me who was picky with the home, always available days nights weekends Michael is working to find the house you are looking for. He is very organized when it comes to homes available and tours. He has a great loan officer who is also second to no one. His groups customer service was amazing.
