Mike was a great realtor for me and my wife. I have dealt with realtors before and Mike was very patient in comparison. We started searching for our next house in 2021 and reached out to Mike at that time. This was the time that housing prices had gone through the roof during the pandemic and Mike was good about managing our expectations. We toured many homes but the bidding wars at that time were intense and we did not find a home we were willing to break the bank to buy. I did have some land we could get a house built and realized we could build our dream home affordably on that land. Mike sold my home in two days! From our first phone conversation through closing, I felt that I had chosen the right person to help me. He did his "homework" before our first meeting and was ready to get busy. Prior to showing my home, he offered suggestions of things I could do to get the house ready, and he advertised in numerous places. In just one weekend, the house was shown dozens of times, resulting in about a dozen offers. The offer accepted was above asking price and the contract included several stipulations that were very important to me. Throughout the process, Mike responded very quickly to any questions I had.
