Michael Secord

Mike Secord has been in the real estate business since 1997. After 7 years as a top sales sales agent, Mike changed gears and obtained his Broker's License and took on a management/leadership role with CENTURY 21 Town and Country. In 2009 he was given the opportunity to join Keller Williams as a Team Leader. In 2015 he was given the opportunity to join the Jeff Glover & Associates team, the #1 real estate team in the state of Michigan for homes sold, and was in in charge of developing leadership and growing the team. He has successfully led high producing and award winning offices and teams. Mike has been focused on Leadership and Sales Coaching since 2009 and reinventing the real estate industry. Mike feels very strongly about surrounding himself with quality people of high integrity and thrives on helping others to improve their lives. He thrives on identifying the unique potential in individuals and businesses to create and implement strategic plans to develop their potential.
