Michael Shea helped us to buy a house from across the country and I was BLOWN AWAY! When we came to town, before we were likely to buy, Michael happily met with us to show us the options on the market and learn our preferences, even knowing we were very unlikely to offer on any of those houses. Over the next months he was always available for questions but never pushed us to act sooner than we were ready. When we saw a house we loved he jumped into action, helping us negotiate a multiple offer situation to "win" the house without paying more than we wanted. He attended every step of the process in person that we couldn't be there for, even weeks after closing when there was one last piece of business we needed taken care of, he did it without hesitation. Michael Shea surpassed my expectations at every stage of the process, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation of buying a house from afar seamless.
