Being a younger couple for the first time purchasing a home, Michael Verdone made the whole experience enjoyable, simple, and stress-free from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about current market conditions, property inspections, and knew how to best present our offer, beating several other competing offers by initially bonding and establishing a relationship with the selling agent. Michael not only successfully negotiated our transaction, set up all of the inspections, and followed through with everything during the escrow process and closing, but also flew to San Diego to inspect the property himself, requesting the seller to complete several additional items prior to close of escrow. Engaged Michael to help us buy a house in the Peninsula. Our target locations were Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Redwood City.
