RUN far away from anything Mike Vesole (CCUT Realty, LLC) and his AtProperties group is selling. I purchased a house from this scam artist in May 2017. Sure- he put a lot of nice finishes on the house but it was only to cover up several MAJOR issues so the inspector couldn’t find them. Within the first 6 months my house flooded destroying my basement. I also had to get extensive electrical work done to the entire house- major appliances could not safely function all at the same time and the electrical meter wasn’t even hooked up to ComEd! Mike Vesole and his attorney were made aware of the flooding issues and offered absolutely no response. How’s that for someone who supposedly provides superior “customer service, communication, and accountability” for building “lifelong relationships”!? Those words in quotes I pulled from his AtProperties profile page. Just because he puts anything in writing doesn’t make it true! As I found out soon after I closed on my house. It’s sad that Mike Vesole is representing Atproperties and even more disappointing that Atproperties keeps awarding him for being a top seller! How can AtProperties be supportive of such dishonest and corrupt individual? Mike Vesole is as crooked as they come. Rehabbing houses without any city permits and cutting every possible corner just to make a buck at other’s expense! STAY FAR AWAY from anything Mike Vesole has his hands on! But that’s just my opinion….
