Michel (and his wife Jacolyn) were absolutely amazing throughout the whole home buying process. The first thing Michel did was sit us down and walk us through the ~24 step process for buying a home. This helped ensure there were no surprises anywhere along the way, and kept us from getting anxious as we waited for the deal to progress. With Michel and Jacolyn we never felt lost or unsure of anything during the time we worked with them.The two of them were available whenever we had questions, and were always quick to respond by phone, text, or email. When they took us out to visit some potential homes they taught us what questions to ask and how to ask them. They managed communication between all the different groups we had to work with, and helped up set up all the necessary appointments and gather the proper paperwork. Everything progressed quickly and smoothly and we closed without any problem.Our favorite moment was getting a great big hug from Michel and Jacolyn as they handed us the keys to our new home! Its the first time we bought a home and Michel was def an angel who explained everything (few times) and ensured we understood each step and the consequences of everything. We do not like to recommend anyone unless We are 150% confident in them. That being said, we would recommend Michel Bron to everyone. My husband and I work a lot and have a newborn baby. Michel worked around our hectic schedules and made it really easy for us by arranging open houses in an efficient and organized manner. He was really considerate about the baby and even babysat her in the car so she could sleep while we looked at places. Also, the escrow officer at the escrow company was quite slow, unprofessional, and downright mean. Michel maintained his professional demeanor and pushed things along despite this unusually difficult individual. He was always on top of everything and made sure everyone involved also did their job quickly. What makes him stand out from other realtors is that he explains every step and every document along the way. Whenever we meet with him, we never feel rushed. He really wanted us to be confident in our purchase. He treated us like valued clients. There is only one thing I would change, the fact that I didnt know him sooner!
