Michelle Amendola

I’ve worked with Michelle on a few occasions and I can honestly say that she is consistent. Her work ethic is like no other, she is a knowledgeable, professional and reliable. I initially hired Michelle about 5 years ago to help locate renters for my property in Villa Rica. She was always available to answer questions and when she is unable to answer at the moment, she will respond via text to let you know that she will call you back. Michelle located 2 renters, one of which was a corporate account that was looking for a multiple year lease. Throughout the process Michelle was extremely knowledgeable of the state laws and educated me on what clauses she was putting in the lease and why it was important to protect me in the event of default on payment. I relocated away from Georgia for a few years and decided to move back to Georgia. I needed help with the purchase of a new home. I scheduled a weekend to travel to Georgia, and reached out to 2 realtors, both were unreliable. Fortunately, Michelle has a unique name and I was able to google her. I sent a message via the company site on a Thursday evening. Michelle called me on Friday morning, linked me with a few brokers and by Saturday morning I had multiple pre-approved letters. That same day, Michelle took me out to view a few houses and we located the perfect house in under 2 months. The 2 months was only because I was still residing in Florida and she had to wait until I was in town. The one strength I want to elaborate on is the attention she gives to the client. Michelle studied my likes and disliked, she automatically knew what would work and what won’t work for me, which saves everyone time. She made me feel like she was working for me and only me. The builders and staff treat me special and pay close attention to my needs only because they know that I have someone that is working in my best interest. If you tell her you want a specific area she will only focus on that area. I eventually expanded my area but at no time did I feel pressured to do so. Michelle ended up finding the perfect house in a location I thought was too far out. It’s been almost 6 months since I closed and I love my neighborhood. My commute to shopping centers, medical/dental appointments, and grocery stores is less than 8 minutes.
