Hey! I'm Michelle Cottingham. Momma, Lover, Real Estate Maven, Warrior Woman. In my life I fulfill a lot of different roles and have so much I want to share. When it comes to my Real Estate career I thought this would be as good a place as any to divulge a snippet of my own history and some of the philosophy that drives me to do what I do every day. Here's the scoop: At 18 years old, just 2 weeks after high school graduation in SoCal, I joined my Aunt's Real Estate & Mortgage brokerage. It was here that I learned about all of the possibilities and opportunities that the industry held. Combined with my desire to jump start a successful career and help people all at the same time, I dove in head first. In 2002 I relocated from CA to the the Desert Ridge community in North Phoenix, purchased my first home just before my 20th birthday and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of AZ. A decade later I have grown my experience platform, my family and have navigated my way th
