My husband was in Scottsdale for a work event, found a condo, found a broker (who found me a lender) all in the matter of about 24 hours. In a few hours time (on a Sunday) we had our loan approval and off we went! We initially went into contract at the full price ask, but once the appraisal came back short, Michele got the seller to drop the price and send ME the reduction paperwork already signed.
