Such a big, heartfelt thank you to Michelle Kim who stood by me on this difficult and long sale. My house was located in a difficult location and was a very old, eclectic place. It was a challenging property to say the least! I can't express how much admiration I have for her patience, wisdom, shrewdness and determination throughout this process. For anyone in the SF Bay Area, there isn't a better real estate agent out there and I highly, highly recommend her.This sale finally closes a chapter in my life that has had its ups and downs. Despite the difficult times, I'll fondly remember the support of my friends, walking my dog through those beautiful redwood trees and sharing my home with some truly wonderful roommates. I'm safe and sound and enjoying my new life, but there will always be a part of my heart in those wooded hills of California. I'm so grateful that Michelle helped me start the next chapter in my life!I finally feel like I can breathe again and looking forward to the next chapter!

I've worked with several Real Estate Agents in the past and never have I had experience with someone as professional and knowledgeable as Michelle. She actually cares genuinely about your experience. This was my first time selling a home so I didn't quite know what I was doing but Michelle guided me and most importantly assured me every decision I made was the best possible. Michelle Kim sold my house the first day it was on the market! I was really impressed by her experience, knowledge and tenacious attitude. She is also very responsive. She gets the ball rolling and knows the industry in and out! To start, she did ALL the work preparing for our open house including hiring a great photographer (good photos are important!), marketing, and signage. From my experience I learned you want a real estate agent that can negotiate hard and push for YOUR interests. Michelle is someone that will do that for you. But beyond that she is trustworthy. I trusted her to do the job, stay committed, and coach me through the entire process, and she went above and beyond. When all the deals came in, we sat down together, and she went through them like a ninja. She even talked to buyer agents on the phone sitting right next to me and she pushed them hard for better deals. Michelle Kim is on your team and will fight for you. Without a doubt, I would refer her to any close friend or family. That woman works HARD.
