Michelle Sullivan

Michelle Sullivan got her start with a Denver home builder in the mid 80's and gained experience in nearly every field in the industry. She bought and sold real estate on behalf of Schlumberger International, completing 500 corporate buyouts in a year and a half. As a mortgage banker, Michelle landed two of Denver's Top 10 builders as her accounts and worked a pipeline of 300 mortgage loans, at all times. And that was all before hanging her real estate license, in 1995, and which was the next natural step. Real estate is in Michelle Sullivan's blood, and it's what she eats, sleeps, and breathes. She's worked with generations of clients, and is proud of the relationships she's built beyond the real estate they buy or sell.
