Selling our home was a bittersweet experience for us. We were moving to a new location for a new job, which was pretty exciting. Michelle, John and the rest of the team, all took time to talk to us (repeatedly) on the phone until we were all clear on what we wanted. This meant not wasting precious time when we came to Wilmington and Southport to "house shop."It worked. The Taylor Group had narrowed down the houses that met our criteria. By the time we returned the following weekend, our loan was pre-approved and we were able to make a final visit and offer to our first choice.
