  • Mike listed and sold my home

      Look at this real estate expert Michael Dovel did to us: We purchased 725K house; Dovel was the agent of the seller. We had our pre-closing walkthrough a day before the closing, but found out that the house was not cleaned at all. Our broker immediately contacted Michael Dovel. And quickly, we were informed that the seller was willing to pay $500 for cleaning fee. They allowed us to choose a carpet cleaning company, and asked us to provide him with the invoice, on which we agreed. Based on this mutual agreement, we trusted this experienced real estate expert and went to close the house on schedule. The next morning, we sent the invoice to Dovel. Dovel then sent us a note stating that he would stop by our house to give me the $500 check at 11am, but he never bothered to show up.
