Mike helped me buy a home
Cath and I were quite satisfied with Mike's assistance in finding a home in the Yulee area. We had moved from Michigan and were leasing while looking for a home in the market. We were not sure we could find what we wanted in an existing home so we were looking at both new and recently, 10 years, built locations. He was quick to know the type of neighborhood and our price range and didn't bother us with locations that were not in our area of interest. We made life easy on ourselves by paying cash from our previous house sale so we did not have to deal with a typical mortgage closing.
