Michael assisted me in finding a temporary rental property when I first moved to Charlotte, as well as assisting me as my real estate agent when I purchased my first home. To make things more interesting and more difficult my first home purchase was a foreclosure with HUD. HUD was very unorganized and unprofessional and I was very frustrated with their process.
