We moved here from out of state and Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding us just the right home. It didn't take long for him to recognize what our likes and dislikes were which saved us so much time in our search. He has so many connections in the community that he actually found the floor plan that we desired before the house was even listed! He negotiated a great price for us and then through his recommendations we hired professionals to remodel our home. Every one of his recommendations were just as impressive as Mike. When a family member decided to move here shortly after we did, we sent them to Mike and their experience was just as wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about Mike Mendoza and his team!

When we first met, Mike showed up at my home for a meet and greet and spent an afternoon informing my husband and I about every detail we would need to know about putting our house on the market.
