Being out out-of-state buyers we wanted a realtor we could trust to support our requirements, who could interpret and represent our needs in the search process and who could also connect us into the local support network; Mike fulfilled our expectations! My mother passed away just before Christmas this past year. I am the trustee of her estate. I needed to find an agent that I could trust to help sell the home that my parents bought in the early years of their marriage, and where they raised me and my six siblings. I have known Mike Kuzawa from childhood, he grew up just up the street from us. He went to our same school and his family attended the same church as we did. I remember seeing him as we walked to school and weekly at mass. I have always had very pleasant interactions with Mike. I remembered what a kind and respectful person he has always been. He was involved in every aspect of readying the house. He helped remove some cupboards from the bathroom, and painting that room. He helped pack boxes and move them and then get the house staged to make the house look it's best. Mike got the house listed on a Wednesday and by that Friday, (two days later) we were presented with not one, but 16 offers for our mother's home. We accepted a cash offer of nearly $12,000.00 more than the asking price. After the sale, we prepared for the estate sale of our mother's belongings. Mike came and gave us some much needed help during the sale. Mike offers a full service Real Estate experience. He is the most decent, helpful, reliable man. Mike is the "ultimate realtor". From the beginning, we were highly impressed with his attention to detail. He was patient as we saw many homes, and understood the importance of finding the right home for our needs. In the end, our offer was accepted on the perfect home for us with Mike's help.
