Milena gave us great suggestions on cost-effective ways to make it more rentable and then she was able to find a tenant for us within two weeks of closing (at our asking rent). The tenant has is now on his second three-year lease. My wife and I really appreciated the fact that Milena only introduced high quality tenants to us. When you absolutely have to get it done, Milena is the one! Incredibly proactive and organized, she kind of sets a new standard.We were in a bind, wanted to get out of a current lease early in order to hop on a bigger apartment that just came on the market. Our current landlord would only let us break the lease if we found someone to take it over for the remainder of the lease term. Milena staged our apartment, brought in a professional photographer and quickly set up open house events. Once we had an applicant she shuttled them quickly through the board approval process while in the meantime managing our own board approval for the new apartment.
