Miracle Brodeur

Miracle acted as my buyer agent. We found each other along the way, because sometimes you just encounter someone you simply LIKE as a person - that's Miracle. I didn't necessarily need a professional to locate property as I was moving in an area I was familiar with, but she was a great ally at time of transaction, negotiation, closing. She is knowledgeable, personable and her contacts in the supply chain are equally excellent, so mortgage, title, etc - equally high end. I have no hesitation recommending her as a buyer or seller realtor and will rely on her again for future real estate transactions.

Miracle is AMAZING! She listened, was super efficient, and showed me just the right properties. She made it fun and was super quick and thorough on any on the questions I had in the process. No Hesitation in giving her a 10. Will definitely work w Miracle again when the need to buy, sell or rent arises. Thanks Miracle!

Miracle is truly amazing! There were so many issues and obstacles for us to get a house, and she didn't stop and kept fighting for us until we got the house! She's so efficient and made the entire process much, much easier for us! She even made a written timeline for us to keep track of the deadlines that we had to meet and gave us more information than we ever expected. She's always answering her calls and emails. She is smart, efficient, very trustworthy and was compassionate towards our needs and requirements. I totally recommend her for your housing needs! If you need a housing miracle, you need to call her. Really. She's an outstanding Realtor!
