  • Miranda never responded to my request

We bought a property that was sold by Miranda Pereyda. She has not honored contacts signed by the seller and herself. The biggest one was that the air conditioning system was to either be repaired or replaced. She did get a repairman to the condo and then instructed him to put just enough Freon to get it to pass inspection. He didn't finish his work and required another $150 to return to the job and finish. Miranda suggested and agreed in writing at closing to pay $150. There's been promises that the money is coming b ut it's been over 2 weeks and so far nothing. Miranda seems to be a dishonest agent and as a buyer we certainly can't recommend her.
