Miroslaw Czerkas

Miroslaw(nickname Mirek) obtained a Bachelor's degree with major in Accounting in 1990, graduated Magna Cum Laude. After passing the CPA exam in 1992 worked in corporate finance prior to becoming a full-time Realtor in 2001. I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people. I'm happy when a client is satisfied with a purchase we just completed or when his/her property has closed. Buying or selling a property can be a stressful experience- it is my job to take the stress out of it for my clients. I pride myself on listening to my clients' needs. That helps me match them with a property they truly want and are looking for. I don't like to waste their valuable time. When listing a property, I am a strong believer in doing a good amount of research to pinpoint a true and correct value and therefore a listing/asking price.
