She helped negotiate a short sale on a house I wanted to buy she had to deal with two different banks one for 1st and one for the 2nd mortgage that was on the house and she did a wonderful job working through all the problems that came up and I ultimately got the house! She was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on through the process witch to me was a big deal for me and I assume for a lot of people. My experience was very good and I would highly recommend her services because it does matter who you work with
