We met Mia by chance when we first started looking at homes in SF (we added SF onto our peninsula home search). We were looking in the south beach and a quick zillow search told us that she does tons of successful transactions each year and each month in the area. This was about 15 months ago now. We had no idea what we really wanted because we were coming from looking at single-family homes in the suburbs! Slowly, we explored South Beach, Mission Bay, Potrero, Nob Hill, Russian Hill, and Pacific Heights with her. This was throughout the pandemic...which meant she literally had to take us to each of these condos! Again, we didn't know what we wanted - 2 beds and a den? 3 beds? Private outdoors space? Parking a must! As we explored into Pacific Heights we realized we loved the area. We put down 3 hesitant offers, conservatively low; perhaps not ready yet? She offered to have me interview her first before I decided to work with her, which instilled a lot of confidence. She then asked me what I was looking for and started immediately adding properties of interest to a custom client portal she maintained for me during my search. Next, she put me in touch with some lending agent contacts of hers at various banks so that I could get pre-underwritten quickly.My search lasted for about 2 months and during that time, Mia tirelessly kept recommending properties and her operations team scheduled tours to view the properties I was most interested in.When I was ready to place an offer on a property I toured, Mia helped me get my offer accepted in 2 rounds of negotiation. We sold our Beacon condo in Mission Bay with Mia and her team, and can confidently recommend her 100%! Mia sold our condo 3 TIMES, and was patient, empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable through many life changes over those 3 years. Mia's team was impressive from beginning to end.
