I worked for Mohamed on two projects and he did not pay me my money for my job. It’s near two thousand $2.000.00. Also he said me to do something what is not according to the codes, but I explained that it is impossible to do, because there are rules. That's why I stopped cooperating with him.
- Mohammed helped me buy a home
We bought our dream retirement home from Mohammed 2 months ago. He bought it. Rehabbed and flipped it. Nothing but problems. A lemon. Big beautiful shower with no hot water pressure. Electrical problems. His main selling point was all the measures he put in place for flood control. All failed with the 1st storm. The window wells were at ground level. No covers. All the storm water was pumped to the back yard. Roof water to the back yard. Landscaping was not leveled away from the foundation. The finished basement was completely destroyed. All text and calls to Mohammed have resulted in nothing. He has not even bother to come by. Buyer beware. Mohammed has become our worst nightmare.
